Answers to questions you might have.

Customers:

  • For direct cart purchases, payments should be made via card or bank payment.
  • For Customized Request, payments are to be made via bank transfers into the official bank account only.
  • All invoices to be paid via bank become invalid after 72 hours.

 

Installers:

Payments are made only after installation has been done by Smart City Mall Africa.

  

Resellers:

Payments are made on collection by logistics or admin officer of Smart City Mall Africa after proper testing and evaluation.

 

Manufacturers:

Payment of 30% is paid on order, 50% after delivery to warehouse and 20% after testing, inspection and evaluation.

 

Our logistics partners are solely in charge of  handling shipping.

In the cart, while checking out, shipping costs are shown (for available products)


Meanwhile, clients are e-mailed the shipping costs for customized goods.

For a product to be eligible for return, the following criteria must be met:

  • Installation site must have been surveyed before installation.
  • Installation was done by our approved and allocated installers.
  • No physical damages on or of the product(s).

 

We work with reputable, OEMs, established manufacturers, distributors, and installers who have the reputation to provide the promised good or service.

We deal with established and experienced logistic companies and installers who know how delicate such products are and have the means to take care of challenges if unpreventable situations arise.

This is why we emphasize on proper survey of installation sites before products are installed.
